How will my order be shipped?
2Dutcheese sends all shipments through UPS, USPS or FedEx at the following rates:
Please note that although we will do our utmost to ship your order on time, we cannot guarantee the delivery times of each purchase. These estimates are based on information from the various transport companies we work with and cannot be guaranteed by 2Dutcheese.
1: For orders under $ 99.99; Starts from $ 8.99, - This price may vary depending on the US State to which the product is shipped.
2: For orders above $ 149.99; free shipping.
How can I track my order?
A. Order tracking through 2Dutcheese account;
Log in to your account on the 2Dutcheese web shop. Here, you can follow the history and status of your order.
B. Order tracking through UPS, USPS or FedEx;
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number from UPS, USPS or FedEx. Then, you can go to the UPS, USPS or FedEx website and track the delivery of your order.
How We Ship
Our cheese are trucked under controlled temperatures to a major city near their destination where they are released to delivery services for final delivery. We use only the most effective delivery services available to guarantee that your order arrives on time. We recommend shipping to a street address, not a P.O. Box.
Can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
We do not offer this option yet.
Can I have an order delivered to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Boxes.
What is the delivery time of my order?
2Dutcheese strives to ship out all orders within 4 days. Sometimes delivery services can cause slight delays, but we will always ship your order as soon as possible.
The delivery time of my order has passed, but I still have not received it
You can check the status of your order through the Tracking Number you received by email. If after several days your product has not arrived, please contact the UPS, USPS or FedEx customer delivery service or 2dutcheese.
A product is incorrect or damaged
Contact customer service and send an email within 5 hours after delivery, with the exact detailed damaged, including at least one photograph. Once we’ve confirmed and recognize the fault, we will either replace the item with the same product or refund the purchase price.
While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of all information, we reserve the right to make corrections if an error does occur. Please check all addresses carefully. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given.
Additional Shipping & Processing Information
All shipping and processing charges are based on the regular price of merchandise shipped to a named recipient at a single address.
Incorrect addresses may delay shipment. Your order may be subject to additional charges for address correction or forwarding by postal or shipping services.
We reserve the right to correct error(s) in printed or electronic publications.
If rising costs affect shipping charges, a surcharge may be included and will be reflected in your order total.
