A bunch of broccolini
3 cloves of garlic sliced
1 tablespoon of olive oil
3 tablespoon of grated 2Dutcheese Aged Gouda Cheese
Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Trim and Wash the broccolini.
Heat the oil in a pan along with the garlic, red peppers, salt, and the broccolini.
Cook the broccolini on medium high heat and toss with a tongs for about 3 to5 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium low and add ¼ cup of water. Allow the broccolini to continue to saute for another 3 to 5 minutes until the water evaporates.
Remove from the heat and finish off with a sprinkle of black pepper and grated Aged Gouda Cheese.
