Burger / Cheese Board / Pasta / Pizza / Taco's / Lasagna
Boil the pasta in pot of (salted) water for 6-8 minutes (Optional: you may add salt if wishes).
Prepare the sauce while the pasta cooks.
In a blender; basil, arugula, avocado, garlic, gouda, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper until smooth consistency.
Add a spoonful of pasta water to thin out the sauce if necessary.
Spread a thin layer of oil in a pan and add halved cherry tomatoes. Lightly blister tomatoes before adding the pasta and pesto sauce. Thoroughly mix to combine.
Add salt & pepper, and red pepper flakes for a bit more taste.
You can also serve with your favorite protein, a choice of shrimp or chicken, both are good options!
To finish off with grated Aged Gouda Cheese.
